Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Clear Prop Collective. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains your rights and how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges for customers in the United Kingdom.

 

1. Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days from the day you receive your items.

To qualify:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • You must notify us in writing (email is fine) of your intention to cancel.

Once notified, you have 14 days to return the items.

We will refund:

  • The item cost

  • The standard delivery fee (if applicable)

We will not refund upgraded delivery options (e.g., next-day delivery).

 

2. How to Start a Return

3. Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty, you are responsible for:

  • Return postage costs

  • Ensuring the item reaches us safely

We recommend using a tracked service, such as Royal Mail Tracked.

 

4. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s):

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only

We may deduct value if the item is returned in a condition that reduces its resale value.

 

5. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if your item is:

  • Faulty

  • Not as described

  • Damaged on arrival

Please contact us within a reasonable time (preferably within 30 days).
We will cover the return shipping for faulty or incorrect items.

 

6. Exchanges

We currently offer:

  • Exchanges for different sizes or products, subject to stock availability

7. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Worn or washed clothing

  • Items with removed tags

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalised items (unless faulty)
